Hoorpendar is a knowledge-based company that designs and manufactures industrial electronic and control systems for power plants, dams, the oil and gas industry and heavy industry.
We handle every step from design to commissioning
Our expertise covers power electronics, instrumentation, automation and industrial software. Circuit and firmware design, PCB assembly, testing, calibration and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) all happen in-house. This lets us fit each system to the project: supply voltage, mechanical dimensions, I/O count, communication interfaces and the standards that apply.
Our head office is in Tehran. Equipment is built, assembled and tested at our workshop in the Payam Airport Special Economic Zone in Karaj.

Services
Design and engineering
We study the existing system, design the circuits and firmware, and deliver the technical documentation. Designs follow standards such as IEEE 421 for excitation systems and ISA-18.1 for alarm annunciators.
Manufacturing and testing
Boards are assembled in our own workshop. Every unit is tested and calibrated before shipping and signed off by the client in a Factory Acceptance Test.
Retrofit and modernization
We document the circuits of ageing electronic systems, redesign them around current components and build the replacement units. We also install and commission them on site.
Turnkey projects
We take a project from engineering studies and panel fabrication through PLC and HMI programming, installation, commissioning and operator training. After commissioning we supply spare parts and technical support.
